Description

This super SET OF SIX MINTONS CHINA WORKS TILES, designed by JOHN MOYR SMITH, were inspired by TENNYSON'S 'THE IDYLLS OF THE KING' and date from circa 1880.

They are entitled ENID, ELAINE, GARETH, GERAINT, ETARRE and EXCALIBUR.

They are in good condition. There are some minor nicks and nibbles to the edges and corners and one chipped corner (bottom right) to GERAINT, very little of which is seen from the front.
