Victorian Minton Porcelain Pot Pourri 1864

Description

This very pretty MINTON PORCELAIN POT POURRI bears the impressed Factory Mark and Date Cipher for 1864.

The POT POURRI is beautifully decorated and is embellished with gilt.

The pierced cover is painted with English Country Garden Flowers which are repeated on the edge of the lappets.

The colours are stunning.

There are some firing lines to the base and the cover has been reglued with some over painting to the top (please see photographs).
