An Austrian late 19th century handcrafted and hand painted terracotta Pug dog with collar in a reclining pose.

The Pug is depicted reclining wearing his collar and has original glass eyes.

Many such figures are either seated or standing so this one is more unusual being reclined.

This figure is in excellent original condition for age with no repairs, just a few areas of wear on the paintwork commensurate with age.
