Fine Copeland Victorian Majolica Pedestal 1880

Description

Decorated with CLASSICAL FIGURES and bordered by well-detailed floral swags in typical MAJOLICA colours, this FINE ENGLISH ANTIQUE COPELAND PEDESTAL bears the date number for 1880.

The PEDESTAL stands approximately 24.5 inches (62.25 cm) high and has a maximum diameter of 13.75 inches (35 cm).

The condition of the PEDESTAL is good. There are no cracks, chips or restoration. There is some wear to the glaze on the flat top and a small glaze rub to the top edge (please see photographs).

A beautiful ANTIQUE COPELAND MAJOLICA PEDESTAL that displays so well.
