Large Antique Wemyss One Gallon Tyg C1900

Description

Holding over ONE GALLON of liquid and painted with CHERRY BRANCHES, this LARGE and IMPRESSIVE ANTIQUE WEMYSS WARE TYG or THREE-HANDLED LOVING CUP dates from circa 1900.

It bears the IMPRESSED MARK 'WEMYSS WARE - R.H. & S' (Robert Heron & Son)on the base.

There are just two, old short hairlines on the top rim which are not open and are quite stable.

There is no restoration.

Dimensions:

Height: 7.5 inches (19 cm)

Diameter (not including the handles): 8.5 inches (21.5 cm)
