Fine Pair of Antique Staffordshire Figures of Louis Napoleon & the Empress of France C1860

Description

Both mounted on horseback, this highly coloured PAIR of VICTORIAN STAFFORDSHIRE FIGURES of LOUIS NAPOLEON and THE EMPRESS OF FRANCE, date from circa 1860.

The FIGURE of LOUIS NAPOLEON stands approximately 11 inches (28 cm) high and the FIGURE of the EMPRESS OF FRANCE stands approximately 9.75 inches (25 cm) high.

The condition of both FIGURES is good. There is no restoration.

There is some paint loss and a minor graze to the knee of the Empress's horse.
