Late 19th Century French Faience Chest

Description

Stunning French Faience chest with five draws dating from late 19th century. Decorated in typical Faience style with flowers and leaves in vibrant yellows, greens and blues, the chest would truly enhance any dressing table.

The piece is signed to the bottom and would make a superb addition to any collection.

Condition report :

Overall very good for age.

The left hand small drawer has a repair to a chip on the front and slight flaking to the edge. This does not detract from the beauty of this chest and is reflected in the asking price.
