Wonderful 19th Century English Antique Terracotta Gargoyle

This is fabulous original 19th century antique architectural element from high up on a building. Would have been on a corner part of a gutter system with the rain water coming out of the spout in the Dragon gargoyle’s mouth. A fierce looking English antique winged dragon gargoyle, modelled in solid terracotta. A decorative piece of antique architectural history, in very good, solid condition, just some losses around the claws. English and dating to around 1830.
