Description

Parian bust depicting Queen Victoria in later life, shown wearing formal dress with lace-trimmed bodice, shawl, and widow’s veil. The figure is finely modelled with a reserved, dignified expression characteristic of late Victorian royal portraiture. The reverse is inscribed “VICTORIA”, and the bust is mounted on an integral moulded socle base with classical fluting.
