Original lead plug filled adjusting holes
In excellent condition with no damage or repair.
Height 2,1/8" or 55mm, diameter 2,3/4" or 71mm
These ceramic bun weights will have been attractive to vendors and customers of food alike with their clean white hygienic surface and bold black lettering, matching Wedgwood's butter slabs, cheese slabs and pure milk display ceramics.
The weights were made illegal in 1907 as they were liable to chip and loose weight.
