Two Victorian Scottish Pottery Storage Barrel Jars With Lids C1890

Technical Description
Two Scottish pottery storage barrel jars dating to c1890. They are beutifully glazed in mottled greens, blues, and browns. Both have there original lids with ribbing to the top and bottom of the barrels. One has RICE and one has SUGAR.
No marks on the base, however with help from the Scottish Pottery Society, we belive they were made by Seaton Pottery in Aberdeen in the late 19th century.
They are in truily superb condition with no damade, which is very unsual for kitchen ware from this period.
