The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
The cover has matching gilt decoration and the knop is formed as a pink rose. Unmarked, Spode, c.1825.

It measures 5cm (2") high, 7.3cm (2 7/8") long and 6.1cm (2 3/8") wide.
In excellent condition: there is some invisible restoration to the very tip of the spout and a few usual minor chips to some of the petals. The birds are fine bar a nick to the tip of the canary's beak and no other damage, repair or restoration.
