Description

Early 20th.c. French bust of a gentleman dated 1911. Shoulder length bust of a smart looking gent with a distinctive moustache and goatee. Beautifully modelled in terracotta with good surface texture. Mounted on a wooden base. Inscribed ‘a son patron et ami’ (to his patron and friend) on the right hand side of the plinth together with the date 1911. Good condition with only minor wear.
