An incredibly rare Red Parrot on Hoop ..made in either France or Germany circa 1870. Hanging from a tole hoop , with leaves and Porcelain flowers . These delicate flowers are probably 18th Century and used later
Condition ..and old restoration on the bottom half of tail which is hard to notice and I think does not need to be redone , otherwise in amazing condition
