A fine and rare Mason’s Ironstone tureen and cover. The piece is beautifully decorated throughout in enamel colours with some gilding to the knop. The base and lid are both fully marked with the impressed ‘Mason’s patent ironstone china’ mark and the printed mark. The tureen and cover are in excellent condition just some minor loss to the decoration. This is a rare pattern from the golden age of the Masons factory dating between 1813-1820.
