A fine pair of Japanese Satsuma lobed bowls. The pair are beautifully decorated with landscape scenes of mountains, rivers and flowering cherry trees. They are both marked but I have been unable to identify the maker. The two are both in excellent condition and while obviously made as a pair one is slightly higher than the other. C.1920.
Overall sizes in inches, each: 4 ¾ wide by 1 ¾ and 2 high
