A pair of Victorian Staffordshire collie dogs. The dogs are standing and looking forward in opposing directions. The quality of the modelling and decoration is very good. The pair are painted in a tan brown with beautiful expressions and gilded collars. The dogs are in good condition with the usual wear particularly around the gilding. A fine pair of good size and great examples of Staffordshire dogs. C.1890.
