Good Antique Armchair Feather Filled

1920 - 1940
Description

This is a super quality upholstered armchair in excellent condition dating from the early twentieth century circa 1930.

The chair has a great shape with a very attractive high wing back and scrolling arm design. It has been beautifully reupholstered in this lovely heavy grade, coral jacquard upholstery fabric with a pretty bird and flower repeat design.

This is an extremely comfortable chair with feather filled squab cushion to the seat and a matching feather loose cushion for extra comfort.

The chair has a good solid hardwood frame with sturdy mahogany cabriole legs to the front and solid swept legs to the rear. It is in excellent condition throughout, ready for years of service.

This measures 85 cms wide 85 cms deep by 90 cms high overall.

The seat area (squab cushion) measures deep by between the arms and is from the floor.

UK delivery can be arranged with our trusted furniture courier and costs £70 plus vat to most destinations.
