This is a beautiful antique pair of Louis Revival French Shabby Chic cream painted fauteuils, or open armchairs, late 19th Century in date..

They each feature a flower carved crested toprail with acanthus clasped arm padded supports. They are raised on cabriole front legs, swept cabriole rear legs and have been upholstered in a striking azure and cream fabric.

In excellent condition having been beautifully cleaned and waxed in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
