A fine pair of giltwood armchairs attributed to Holland & Sons. Having fluted legs with original gilt brass castors. The show wood rails intricately carved with acanthus leaf scrolled arms. Retaining the original gilding along with high quality horsehair. Having spurng seats and buttoned backs, now stripped back and ready for their new topcoat. English, Circa 1850.
