A good set of six late Victorian oak dining chairs of traditional form, each with a shaped crest rail above a padded and studded leather back, raised on upright supports. The chairs stand on turned front legs terminating in ceramic castors, with square rear legs, and retain their original studded leather seats. The upholstery would benefit from reupholstery to suit modern tastes, though the seats remain in good, usable condition as they stand. A solid and decorative set, well suited to a period or country house interior.
