The base of each frame carved with a stylised zoomorphic lion�s mask fitted with a metal ring to originally hold a candle-arm branch.Minor historic restorations but with no losses and retaining the original gilded surface and aged patina. Retaining the apparently original silvered mirror plates , with signs of desirable deterioration and speckling .
