A Set of 6 Regency Period Dining Chairs

Description

A wonderful quality set of six solid rosewood dining chairs. In fine condition with finely carved backs and slim fluted legs in the manner of and quite possibly by, Gillows of Lancaster.

Seats newly reupholstered and covered in beige stripe.

Size: 31.1/2" high (80cm) x 18.1/2" wide (47cm) x 20.1/2" deep (52cm)

Dealers note:

It's hard to overstate the quality of these chairs. Originally part of a set of 18, one can only imagine the dining room these were made for. The condition is as good as it gets, and the quality is wonderful. A fine set of chairs.
