Description

An 18th century George II Mahogany corner chair. Raised on a a cabriole front leg and 3 turned legs on pad feet. The wide shaped arm rest sits on pierced back splats and turned supports. Retaining the original shaped drop in seat covered in Rexene. Of wonderful form and with a good rich colour and patina.

Structurally the chair site firm with no loose joints. The are a few historic repairs that are only cosmetic and do not affect the chairs use.
