The seats are upholstered in a pale green patterned fabric. Raised on square legs united by stretchers, the chairs possess a sturdy, honest country character, whilst the pair of carvers offer additional comfort at the heads of a dining table. A versatile and attractive set.

In good antique condition throughout with signs of age and use. There is surface wear present including age-related marks, scratches, knocks and rubbing to the oak frames, particularly around the arms, legs and stretchers, as photographed. The upholstery remains serviceable and presentable, with some marks and general wear commensurate with age and use. The chairs are structurally solid and overall a good set of chairs.
