This is a delightful 18th Century South Staffordshire Bilston * enamel patch box. The white hinged cover charmingly painted with a souvenir message ''A trifle from Truro''. The hinged lid opening to reveal the original mirror and white interior. The fluted base a delicate powder blue enamel colour.

Condition:
In remarkably good condition for this type of object.
Minor grazing, commensurate with age.
Original lead mirror pitted but not cracked.
