Still with the original old colour and patination, and still with the original cut glass mixing bowl. (same very very tiny chips on the top rim)
 
The lock stamped G R (George Rex) with crown and crowned patent mark.
 
All over in original condition, original hinges and lock plus key.
 
This tea caddy is the work of a top craftsmen ( see all the details)
 
We have rarely seen a tea caddy finished in this high quality.
