Dating 1800 ish, this is a substantial chair, and all made in these larger that life proportions.
Having this wraparound top rail to incorporate arms and back on supports with carvings, and having two pierced splats, and a drop in loose seat.
Newly reupholstered in this Terracotta colour Chenille. Seat Height 475mm
Original polish plus patina its this rich mahogany colour with a lovely polish (please see pictures)
This chair is solid in all its joints with no woodworm.
