Description

Welsh stick chair in ash, with a hoop backrest above a wide and boldly-shaped swept armrest, raised on shaped front supports, over a wide saddled seat and raised on rounded legs united by a H-shaped stretcher. The chair is of generous proportions and retains its original red paint which is nicely worn through. The design of the armbow is unusual, being made from a single piece re-enforced above and below.
