A SUPERB PATINATED MID TO LATE 17THC OAK BIBLE BOX WITH A MOST WONDERFUL PATINA.
 
COMPLETELY ORIGINAL EXCEPT FOR A CHANGE OF FLAP HINGES . PROBABLY IN THE E 18THC AS WE ARE DATING THIS AS BEING MADE AROUND 1660.
 
THE CARVING IS CORRECT AND THE COLOUR IS SUPERB
