This early 20th-century Edwardian oval wall mirror is made from giltwood, gesso and glass with a gold finish. The moulded frame displays a beaded inner border, decorative floral corner motifs, and an original bevelled plate glass, suspended by a delicate linked chain attached to a top hanging ring. Signs of age include gentle foxing and surface wear across the glass plate, alongside subtle cracking to the gesso decoration. The piece measures 99 cm high, 64 cm wide, and 6 cm deep. Suitable for an English Country House interior, the mirror hangs securely in hallways, bedrooms, or living spaces.
