Mahogany Cheval Mirror - William IV Period (1830 - 1837)

Description

A large William IV floorstanding cheval mirror. Mahogany throughout and with carved and turned decoration to the supports and base. Complete with a functioning tilt action and mounted on ceramic castors.

In lovely condition, only having light age related wear. We have noticed a tiny hairline crack to the top left of the mirror where it meets the frame and have tried to picture this, please see images. Additionally we have noted that the back has been replaced with a modern piece of ply.

Overall, a beautifully decorative mirror in fine order.
