An impressive mid-18th century yew wood comb back Windsor armchair.
 
Very much in the manner of and attributable to Richard Hewett and John Pitt of Slough, Buckinghamshire.
 
The armchair features a wonderful broad burr elm seat.
 
Circa 1750.
 
Structurally sound.
