Antique Oak ‘Fireside Chair’ by Heals of London

A beautifully made, early 20th century antique oak chair by Heals, a very clean and intact example.

In the original finish, this style of chair was known as the ‘fireside chair’ in the Heals range and features a shaped lattice back rest along with shaped flat open arms.

Standing on square legs and sledge type feet that are connected by a H stretcher.

The seat is traditionally upholstered in the original clean floral fabric. This a special original antique oak armchair by Heals around 1910. In excellent, strong condition.
