Set Of 8 Georgian Mahogany Dining Chairs Attributed To Gillows

A fabulous set of 8 George III Cuban mahogany bar back dining chairs attributed to Gillows of Lancaster & London, consisting of 6 single chairs and 2 carvers. Each chair stands on elegant turned tapering vase shaped front legs, with stylish turned tapering cross stretchers and reeded paterae to the centre. The stiles, top and lower rails are finished with cock beaded edge and the chair apron has moulded detail with drop in seats which have been newly upholstered.
 
All the chairs are in sound condition with no loose joints and lovely patina.

DELIVERY - Delivery is free for mainland UK. Small goods will be delivered within a couple of working days which are provided with a tracking number and are usually next day delivery services. All of our small items (mantel clocks, smaller chandeliers, wall lights, miscellaneous items) are packaged to a high standard. Double boxed, bubble wrapped and bedded in foam. Our preferred courier is Parcelforce, however we may send with a different courier occasionally.
 
Larger items are delivered by a trustworthy carrier and we aim to deliver within two weeks of purchase but please allow three weeks. We use smal...
