A handsome George 111 English antique hall chair, circa 1800. A well constructed mahogany hall chair in the Italian Renaissance style, the sgabello hall chair.

Recently back from the workshop, presented in structurally and cosmetically excellent condition with a great even colour, a stable and handsome antique hall chair that sits well and can occupy a versatile environment of day or bedrooms, hallway, landings etc..

An interior design piece of considerable appeal for a classic or contemporary space.

Please note, the seat has been cut down, reduced in width, possibly where the edges may have cracked along the grain, a not uncommon feature, otherwise excellent.
