A very large mid 19th Century Irish Waterford oval mirror with ebonised & silver gilt decoration, crosshatched patterned etching and original applied cut glass border beads, retaining its original mirror glass. It is very rare to find a Irish period oval mirror of this size being over 40 inches high, especially as it retains its original mirror plate. The inner slip has been ebonised.
This stunning mirror is in excellent condition and would be a statement piece in anyone’s home.
