A monumental late Victorian oak sideboard of impressive size and quality. Of unusual design with large clawed feet that splay outwards to the side and front, above which is a crisply carved lower apron supporting three cupboards (with working locks and keys) and two drawers. The centre section breaks outwards and displays a fluted upper apron. The mirrored top section has it''s original bevelled mirror ( with blemishes but acceptable) and is supported by four pillars up to the middle shelf, above which is a superbly carved pediment of a fan design with central inner carvings. The ogee dentil cornice just finishes off this magnificent piece.
