This piece is being offered from a dispersal sale of Arts and Crafts mainly Liberty and Scottish School pieces which will be listed in the following days

This is a really lovely fine quality Lyre back chair, the back has a very fine decorative cartouche and the seat has been upholstered with silk brocade.

The chair revolves, raising the seat from 19” to 23”, the chair is excellent condition and is between 36” and 39” high at the back, it is 17” in diameter

The piece takes the form of a revolving harpist or cello chair, standing 94 cm high and 41 cm wide, with a round seat that adjusts in height through a swivel mechanism.
