A very attractive matching pair of Art Deco mirrors with a theatrical chinoiserie influence.Rectangular in shape with with the mirrors set in a deep and generous moulding with roundels set in each corner .The finish is the original shellac lacquer in burgundy the natural wear highlighting the lighter salmon pink basecoat underneath giving an added depth . The roundels have the shades of their original blue colour.The mirror plates are in three sections very typical of this period. They are very sturdy with a mahogany backing.
