A distinctive Arts and Crafts style armchair in quarter sawn oak, possibly Scottish, dating from the early 1900s.

Lovely aged condition, showing wear particularly to the arms and some old repairs, but solid, comfortable and eminently useable. Recently fully reupholstered in black/claret Morris & Co ''Fruit'' fabric.
