A delightful pair of Victorian balloon-back side chairs with elegantly curved solid timber frames and finely carved central splats.

The warm dark finish and turned front legs give them a classic 19th-century parlour look, perfect as bedroom, hallway or occasional chairs.

Both chairs have generously padded seats upholstered in a floral damask-style fabric in cream and soft brown tones.

The upholstery is in excellent condition and the seat height of approx. 43 cm makes them comfortable for everyday use.

The frames are strong and stable with visible age-related marks and small surface imperfections that reflect their age and use, adding authentic antique character without affecting solidity.
