The square slightly outward-tapering back has a central cane panel and is flanked by short arms with turned spindles and turned column supports, over a circular seat with a cane panel (in need of restoration), and raised on four outward-tapering legs united by cross-stretchers. Circa 1870
Excellent colour and surface patination.
