Description

A rare and unusual pair of early 20thC red leather club chairs. With fold out footrests and cushions. Possibly American made and retailed in the Uk by William Angus & Co. C.1920

The plaque to the seat notes the use of Mollis upholstery which was a patented sprung cushion developed around 1900 and used in high quality furniture. More details on Angus can be found on the BIFMO website.
