Beautiful hand carved Anglo- Indian wooden trinket box in excellent antique condition. The intricate floral carving covers the lid and all four sizes. The top of the box has a prominent circular floral motif in the centre, surrounded by smaller floral designs. The sides of the box also have similar floral carvings, creating a cohesive decorative theme. The hinged lid also has an ornate carved design on the inside. The box has a removeable tray divided into three section that sits on a another compartment divided into three sections. The craftsmanship and detail in the carvings make this box a striking example of skilled woodwork and artistic design.
