Carved oak chair with Scottish Family Coat of Arms. Greyhounds with dual Family Crests. Circa 1890.

Victorian oak chair with barley twist frame and superbly carved Family Crest. Most likely Scottish, rendered with finely sculptured greyhounds, each supporting a Family Crest, with coronet above. Probably part of a much larger dinning set. Superb detail.

The chair is in excellent condition, structurally sound and sits on casters. The coronet with minor loss, and recently re-upholstered.
