Description

Superb Regency mahogany swing mirror with original mirror plate and raised on brass ball feet complete with working key. The ebony triangle top has a brass star in the centre and brass edging. The mirror plate displays desirable aged foxing and is bordered in an attractive flame mahogany frame with bronze star at each corning. The mirror is supported by square upright with brass ball on top and turned knobs to hold the mirror at the desired angle. It has two lockable drawers with the bottom drawer having attractive lion head ring handles and a panelled centre which housed several little removeable compartments, ideal for trinkets and makeup. Like all antiques there are some imperfections however this is a solid well proportion dressing table mirror. A classical looking mirror that will provide many more years of use and add the perfect touch of history to any room
