A REALLY BEAUTIFUL COLLECTORS CABINET IN HIGHLY FIGURED HONDURAS MAHOGANY WITH UNUSUALLY DEEP AND CAPACIOUS DRAWERS ALL WITH GLAZED FRAME TOPS. CIRCA 1880.

THIS CABINET WILL ACCOMMODATE A MULTITUDE OF COLLECTABLES BUT WAS ORIGINALLY DESIGNED TO PROTECT AND DISPLAY A COLLECTION OF BUTTERFLIES. (MORE THAN ADEQUATE DEPTH FOR CONTINENTAL PINS).

THE PANELLED DOORS CARRY THE ORIGINAL LOCK AND THERE ARE THREE KEYS.

ALL DRAWERS HAVE INSET CAMPAIGN STYLE BRASS DATA OR NAME FRAMES AND RUN SMOOTHLEY ON HIDDEN RUNNERS.

THE CONDITION IS EXCELLENT AND THE COLOUR AND FIGURING EXCEPTIONAL.
