Antique Regency Gilt Bronze Figural Mantel Clock Goats And Palm Tree�s Fusee.This stunning antique clock has a gilt bronze movement housing that is supported by two beautifully cast bronze palm tree�s. The palm trees then sit on a naturalistic bronze base with an adult and baby gilt bronze goat. The goats are cast in fantastic detail and have a typically regency style. The whole this then sits in an ebonised base with a lovely gilt bronze mount to the front. Finally the case is finished by four shaped, gilt bronze feet.The dial is then enamel and set out in black Arabic numerals with a thin ring of dashes to the outside marking the minutes. The dial is then finished by two beautifully shaped, gilt bronze hands as well as a shaped, gilt bronze surround.The movement is then wound from the front and accessed from the back. It is a single fusee example of the upmost quality and works perfectly as it should. The movement also comes complete with its regulating pendulum and winding key.It measures approximately:- 10� / 25.5cm Tall.- 11� / 28cm Wide.- 5.5� / 14cm Deep.
