A Pair Of Large 19th Century Tapestry Upholstered Armchairs
£3,200 $4,054 €3,861
Of generous size, the chairs are made from walnut and retain their original needlework upholstery. The chairs have carved decoration throughout and are a good rich colour. The sprung seats are comfortable to sit in and the upholstery is in good condition. It is unusual to find chairs of this size that still retain their original needlework coverings and these chairs are French in origin and date from the mid 19th century.
